SUMMARY:The Nicosia Airport – A Photographic Journey
DESCRIPTION:Marina Antoniou will project a series of photos capturing the current state of the airport interior\, the surrounding area as well as the abandoned Cyprus Airways passenger plane\, all ‘frozen in time’. \nMarina Antoniou had a solo exhibition at the Hellenic Centre “One World and the Climate Change” in 2020. Marina studied photography at Central Saint Martins and has participated in photo exhibitions in New York\, London\, Barcelona\, Rotterdam and Cambridge University. She has received numerous awards including four times the Citi Arts Club ‘People Choice Photo Award’ and the ‘Julia Margaret Cameron’ distinction and her work was included in the Barcelona Biennial of Fine Arts & Photography. \nOrganised by The Hellenic Centre
