Day of the Disappeared 2018

On the international Day of the Disappeared 2018 (30 August), we remember the Cypriots who are still missing as a consequence of Turkey’s invasion of Cyprus and the events that preceded it.

President of the Federation Christos Karaolis commented that:

“It’s both tragic and inhumane that over 1100 Cypriots are still missing after all these years.

Turkey must hand over all the information is has on mass graves and relocated remains.”
