Required base: Either London or Cyprus

Role: Social media specialist sought for a privately-owned property Investment Company (owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf), and associated businesses, as well as a charitable foundation

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver a social media strategy for a real estate company and charitable foundation
  • Develop creative social media campaigns
  • Increase social media following across all platforms
  • Engage in conversations with followers, trends, brands, and members across all channels
  • Keep abreast of social media trends and advise on how these offer opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality social media and content to stimulate positive brand, product consideration and engagement
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content and social media
  • Attend key events to create engaging content for all channels

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in social media and content with a curiosity for all things social media related
  • Experienced and knowledgeable on all social media channels and how to boost awareness and reach of social media campaigns
  • Proven ability to develop creative content and campaigns for use across multiple channels
  • A confident communicator with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work with complex information and distil into content
  • Experienced in writing for multiple and varied audiences
  • Experience of social media and content evaluation
  • Adobe Photoshop skills
  • Understanding of SEO and it’s use on content
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Property Litigator

Required base: London

Property Lawyer

Working in association with a privately-owned property Investment Company owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf, we are seeking a newly qualified (2 years PQE) lawyer to join rapidly expanding team.

The role will play a pivotal part in the company’s long-term strategy providing the candidate with exposure to a variety of duties and both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing business within one of the UK’s most competitive markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal the role will give will provide the candidates with the opportunity to accelerate career growth, in a challenging environment.

Role:

  • Handling a busy case load involving both FtT, County Court and High Court matters
  • Attending hearings (and assisting with the preparation beforehand)
  • Drawing up legal property documents
  • Negotiating
  • Analysing and advising on legal documents relating to property matters
  • Case-load is varied so it is important for the candidate to be able to adapt and stay calm under pressure as well as have the ability to effectively time manage and work to strict deadlines

Skills and Experience:

  • Sound relevant experience gained with a respected property team
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE as a property lawyer

Accountant/ Financial Controller

Location: London

Role:Accountant/Financial Controller sought for a privately-owned property Investment Company (owning a unique portfolio of freehold office, residential, hotel, retail and leisure properties based in Canary Wharf) and a charitable foundation

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly P&L and balance sheet
  • Providing month end reporting
  • Review T&E charges and ensure spending is in line with policy
  • Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and paid in a timely manner
  • Assist with audit work
  • Assist with loan financing
  • Perform ad-hoc finance projects / requests

Skills and Experience:

  • ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Financial or Accounting role
  • Track record of driving cost efficiency
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and workload at times of pressure
  • Responsiveness to direction and strong organisational skills

Beverage Brand & Operations Manager

Required location: London or Cyprus
 

Role: An exciting and rare opportunity to join a dynamic new drinks brand as the Beverage Brand & Operations Manager. This role reports directly to the senior management team and assists in the development and implementation of the brand and marketing mix in order to achieve and exceed budgeted volumes, revenues, market share and profitability for the brand while respecting and enhancing the brand image and reputation both internally and externally. The Manager is responsible to build brand momentum, reach and desirability.

Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Planning:
• Preparation of all aspects of the relevant Plans (e.g. Sales, Distribution and Marketing), for approval by head office/ senior management team.

Plan Implementation:
• Deliver market leading promotional activities and provide efficient, timely and accurate marketing support for the brand in consultation with the senior management team.
• Achieve brand image objectives and maximize consumer value.
• Lead development of customer activation to drive key quality groups, manage inputs to the sales and marketing communication cycle.
• Lead and oversee  Promo Pack & Point of sale merchandise.
• Database acquisition and development.

Communication:
• Execute events that demonstrate & amplify the Brand DNA.
• Brief and manage external parties, including Media, Digital, Event and PR agencies.
• Act as face of the brand and communicate brand credentials as required.

Financial:
• Deliver/exceed brand financial objectives (revenues and contribution) and channel objectives.
• Provide Senior Management  with recommendations to optimize and accelerate portfolio and operations performance.
• Prepare portfolio pricing strategy recommendations.
• Review sales forecasting and interact with the supply chain team to assist where remedial actions may be required to resolve supply issues.

Business Assessment:
• Regular analysis and review of brand performance (including trade time), ensuring clear understanding opportunities, threats & competitor strategies.
• Prepare Business Review reports.

Skills and Experience
In order to be successful for the role, the following selection criteria is required;
