The National Federation of Cypriots in the UK is seeking to employ 1 full-time individual to support the Federation to deliver its goals.

The Federation’s goals include:

  • Spearheading the UK Cypriot community’s efforts to promote the cause of a reunited Cyprus, free from Turkish occupation troops, for the benefit of all Cypriots
  • Coordinating the work of UK Cypriots in political, social, cultural and educational spheres
  • Engaging with the British Government, Parliamentarians and media stakeholders to lobby for and articulate the interests and concerns of the Cypriot community in the United Kingdom

Key skills required:

  • Strong professional with proven planning and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with social media and Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic design
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, British politics and Cyprus issue

Package consists of up to £28,800 p.a. (pro-rated) + expenses

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be available for interview in London in June
