The Midlands Greek & Cypriot Association

The Midlands Greek Cypriot Association was founded in 1974 and moved to the community centre in Erdington in 1983. We offer various facilities to support the Greek and Cypriot community in the Midlands and to promote Hellenic culture within the region. The Association gained exempt charitable status from HMRC in 2008 thus enabling it to claim gift aid on the valuable donations that it needs to maintain its presence in the UK’s second city. As a not-for-profit organisation, the centre is dependent on the work of volunteers and charitable donations to keep it going.
