URBAN GRAPHEMES [Αυτοσχεδιασμοί], in short…
A graphological and photographic itinerary on the streets of Athens. Includes a series of photographs of wall writings, accompanied by a brief graphological analysis. The edition aims to show personal details in the wall inscriptions, which are kept despite the unusual writing condition and are indicative of the identity and/or the personality of their creator. The album is also accompanied by an audio-visual annex (dvd), where the city is presented as another canvas, in layers, where “noise” and artistic expression coexist.
