Prof. Giorgos Demetriou is leading cutting edge research at the Circular Economy Research Center in Paris where he is a professor of Circular Economy at the École des Ponts Business School as well as a Professor of Circular Economy and New Business models at ENPC in Paris. He has a passion for technologies and skills that can expedite the transition from the linear economy to a Circular Economy. He has worked for more than fourteen years in the EU landscape and has authored and co-authored numerous impactful reports, scientific publications, and articles. He has also been a speaker to many prominent events in the domain such as the World Circular Economic Forum in Tokyo with an intervention on the new frontiers of knowledge and the inaugural Circular Economy Conference at Harvard University in Boston with an intervention How can policy and regulation give traction to circular markets.
