FreeA presentation in Greek of Natalie Katsou’s new poetry collection Ειδωλολάτρες – Idolaters by Kapa Publications/Κάπα Εκδοτική comprising of a discussion with Natalie Katsou and writer and academic Haris Psarras and readings by theatre director Anastasia Revi and actor Konstantinos Chatzikypraios.
Natalie Katsou
Is a theatre director and a writer living in London. She studied Acting (BA) at Delos Hatoupi Acting School and Theatre Studies (BA) at the National University of Athens, graduating with distinction, having already obtained her law degree from the University of Athens; she took her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Theatre Directing at East 15 Acting School, University of Essex under the Minotis Scholarship by the Cultural Foundation of the National Bank of Greece.
Natalie has worked extensively in the UK and abroad (Greece, Germany, Sweden, Turkey, and Hungary) in theatre and in creative environments. She has been the Artistic Director of Operaview. She is an Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths University and London Metropolitan University.
She has written 8 plays, all of which have been staged and 5 poetry collections, with more recent: ‘Idolaters’ (Kapa Publications 2019). Find out more
